At the Turkish Industry and Business Association (hereinafter abbreviated as “TÜSİAD“), we process some of your personal data in our capacity as “Data Controller” pursuant to Law no. 6698 on Personal Data Protection (“the Law”).
TÜSİAD may process your name, surname, e-mail address, mobile phone number and other personal data found in your messages transmitted via “Application Form” and “Contact Form” available on chapterzeroturkiye.com for the purposes of carrying out communication activities, conducting storage and archiving efforts, following up on demands / complaints, carrying out managerial activities, and informing authorized persons, institutions and organizations.
In order to carry out TÜSİAD’s management activities, your personal data processed by TÜSİAD shall be sent to the cloud software service provider which processes data on behalf of TÜSİAD, has the same legal and technical responsibilities as TÜSİAD as regards data protection and security, and complies with the provisions of the applicable legislation, for the purposes of offering you services, settling legal disputes that may arise in the future, and making the necessary notifications to Authorized Public Institutions and Agencies in case these make legally binding demands to that effect; otherwise your data is not shared with any other real or legal third persons.
Your personal data is collected electronically via the Application Form and Contact Form: We receive your explicit consent in order to respect your fundamental rights and liberties and process your data owing to the legal reason that data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of TÜSİAD and also for the definition, exercise or protection of rights.
In order to exercise your rights set forth in Article 11 of the Law, your may communicate your request complete with the required identification information and explanations about the specific Article 11 right you wish to exercise, to the address “Kamer Hatun, Meşrutiyet Cd. No:46 Beyoğlu/İstanbul” either in person, via notary public or the other methods specified in the Law.
